Soaring
Sales was founded so that I might use my education, training and
experience to help others grow their business. My commitment is
to ensure that every client obtains their own personal and unique
coaching program that will motivate them to achieve greatness and
success.
EDUCATION
Soaring Sales
is committed to educating our clients on important issues such as
how consumers work through the decision cycle and how this predictable
pattern can help the sales person increase sales.
Every human has survival instincts that include the flight or fight
response. This instinct can prevent the sales person from obtaining
their professional goals as they run from uncomfortable situations
such as asking for the sale. Understanding these processes will
help the sales person achieve success.
MOTIVATION
Soaring
Sales is committed to keeping the sales person motivated. The sales
persons greatest opponent is time. Time management is essential
when:
- Scheduling
appointments
- Prospecting
for new clients
- Returning
phone calls
Managing
your schedule and not letting your schedule manage you is critical.
Having the motivation to stick to the schedule, having better time
management skills and understanding and prioritizing daily activities
are key elements in achieving success.
ACCOUNTABILITY
If
sales persons are not accountable for their actions they may
begin to have poor time management, lack of motivation to grow
their business or be affected by fear.
Soaring Sales is committed to holding every client accountable
for their activity.
- Each
client will be responsible for reporting their activity each
week.
- Activities
will be reviewed to determine if the clients are progressing
toward their goal.
Knowing
that all activities will be reviewed will help the sales person
remain focused on the task at hand resulting in success.
